Every team member we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely accommodating to our family’s needs. Transportation was comfortable, well organized, and stress free, which made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.We also booked a full day tour to Tortuga Island through Costa Rican Adventures, which ended up being a highlight of the trip for my kids. We snorkeled, rode banana boats, swam, hiked, and even played sand volleyball. Lunch was delicious, and the entire crew was friendly, attentive, and clearly invested in making sure everyone had a great time.Our third tour was a waterfall adventure with Carlos, and it was such a fun and memorable day. We hiked through the rainforest, played in the water, climbed ropes, jumped into natural pools, and then made empanadas together.
